T&T Group undertook a comprehensive strip out, structural alterations, and ground works at Harleyford Manor, a prestigious Grade I listed Georgian manor house dating back to 1755, located near Marlow in Buckinghamshire.

Given the manor’s historic status and architectural significance, the project presented unique challenges not typically encountered in modern residential properties. The delicate nature of working within a Grade I listed building required careful planning and execution to preserve the property’s heritage while facilitating necessary structural updates.

Throughout the 14-week programme, the team managed the strip out process with meticulous care, ensuring compliance with all regulations surrounding listed buildings. Structural alterations were carefully designed and implemented to enhance the building’s functionality and safety, while respecting its original fabric and features.

This project highlights T&T Group’s expertise in managing complex refurbishment works within historic properties, combining technical skill with a deep respect for architectural conservation.
