The project at 31 Southampton Row involved a full strip out of a Grade II listed heritage buildingsituated in a prominent location. Over the course of 12 weeks, our team carefully managed the delicate process of stripping the interior while maintaining the building’s historic features and adhering to all regulatory requirements associated with heritage properties.

This strip out required precise planning and execution to preserve the architectural integrity of the building, ensuring that any structural and aesthetic elements protected by its listed status remained intact.

Our experienced team worked efficiently to deliver the project on time and within budget, demonstrating expertise in handling complex refurbishments within sensitive and historically significant environments.
