T&T Group was engaged to undertake a comprehensive strip-out and structural alteration of a residential property at 183 Old Brompton Road, London SW5. This project involved stripping the property back to its shell and core, including the installation of a new steel frame to support future renovations.

The property is situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. This area is renowned for its blend of Victorian and Edwardian architecture, offering a unique challenge in balancing modern structural requirements with the preservation of historical character.
